Privacy Notice
The short version
- We ask for your WhatsApp number so we can tell you when early access opens.
- Everything else you give us is optional.
- We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
- Reply STOP, or write to us, and we stop messaging you and delete your details.
1Who we are
Interview Manthan is run by NSQUARE XPERTS LLP, Registered address to be updated. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean NSQUARE XPERTS LLP.

2What we collect
When you join
- Your WhatsApp number
- Your consent: the words you agreed to, and when
Only if you choose to add them
- Your name and email
- Whether you have appeared in UPSC Mains
- What you want from your prep, from the options you tap
- Your note to us
When you visit
- A count of visits to this page, using a random ID kept in your browser. It is not linked to your number.
- To block spam, our server checks your IP address when you send the form. We do not store it with your details. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time for security.
3Why we use it
- Your number: to message you on WhatsApp about early access to Interview Manthan, including your invite.
- Your email: to reach you about early access if WhatsApp does not work.
- Your other answers and your note: to plan the first invites and to understand what candidates want from interview preparation.
- Visit counts: to know how many people open this page and how many join.
We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to anyone else's list. We message you only about early access.
4Your consent, and how to withdraw it
We use your details because you agreed to it, by ticking the box when you joined.
You can withdraw at any time. Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or write to privacy@manthan360.com. We will stop messaging you and delete your details.
5Who handles your details
Our team, and the services we use to run this page:
- Amazon Web Services runs our server.
- Prisma Data runs our database.
- Vercel serves this page.
- WhatsApp (Meta) delivers our messages.
They handle your details only to provide these services to us.
6Where your details are stored
On servers in Singapore. That is outside India, and Indian law allows it.
7How long we keep them
Until 12 months after early access opens. Then we delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
8Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
- let someone you name act for you if you die or cannot act yourself
Write to privacy@manthan360.com for any of these. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9Age
Early access is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not join.
10Keeping your details safe
Your details travel over an encrypted connection, and only our team can open them.
11Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If we ever want to use your details for something new, we will ask you first.
